FIGHT FIT

Originally designed to help combat athletes reach peak physical and mental performance in a relatively short period of time. We understand that not everyone is a professional athlete and not everyone is capable of self-starting. That’s where we come in, we will design a fitness routine based on your needs. This is not a one size fits all approach, each fitness student will have their own workout plan that will evolve with their fitness levels. Our focus will mostly be on bodyweight exercises employed by wrestlers, boxers, kickboxers, MMA fighters and elite military units. We want to help people understand their bodies and how to move with confidence, bodyweight movements are the best way of achieving that goal. We also want to train the mind by showing our students what they are actually capable of when all the guard rails are removed and quitting is not an option. How to push through perceived obstacles in the mind and overcome all adversity and end the day in victory. We will teach you how to break down any seemingly insurmountable task into manageable bite size pieces.  This truly is a program for anyone who wants to get the most out of both their minds and bodies.
