Coach Rocky

Coach Rocky started his Martial Arts career in boxing in 1995 at the age of 3. Taught by his father who was a golden gloves winner in the New York Daily News Boxing Tournament. Rocky competed at an amateur level for USA boxing. Rocky progressed his Martial Arts skills by taking up wrestling classes in Folk Style Wrestling and Greco Roman Wrestling. Rocky competed at the High School Level in Wrestling. Rocky received his Coach Level 1 through head coach Mike Townsend and MKT Lumpinee Muay Thai. Rocky is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner under Royler Gracie. Rocky is a high level practitioner in the Bang Muay Thai system. Other accolades for coach Rocky is he is a bronze level 2 coach for USA Boxing and a Level 1 Referee and Judge for USA Boxing. Rocky also trains under the CSW System under Eric Paulson trained in both the STX Kickboxing and Combat Submission Wrestling program. Rocky also received his black belt in Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing striking system, and Kali under Premier Martial Arts. Coach Rocky was a 7 year veteran in Law Enforcement from 2013-2020.
